Returning or Picking Up Laptops and Hotspots
The Learning Commons is located in the Library Lower Mall and features individual and collaborative study space, PC computing, peer assistance at the Student Help Desk, and Assistive Technology software and machines. There are 83 desktop computers in the Learning Commons including five workstations with Assistive Technologies, a closed-circuit television (CCTV), and Sorenson Video Relay Service. Services are limited to registered students, staff, faculty and alumni.

We are the primary resource for all your technology needs (Blackboard, Horizon, MyCSUEB etc.). Whether you’ve just run into a recent computer problem or are looking to learn how to use the available technology resources better, we can help. Current CSUEB students, faculty, and staff have access to the extended study hours at San Francisco State and San Jose State. You must be currently enrolled or employed at CSUEB and bring your Bay Card.
