The CORE building on the Hayward Campus and the Concord Center Library are open and accessible to members of the public during each building's open hours.
Visitors can use desktop computers designated for public use in the CORE building and the Concord Center Library, as well as use the guest wifi network. Please ask library staff for the locations of the publicly-accessible desktop computers and review the Library's Computer Use Policy.
If visiting either the Hayward campus or Concord Center by car, visitors will need to purchase a daily or hourly permit at a parking kiosk. For more information about short term parking options, see CSUEB's Parking and Transportation department's information about Hourly/Daily Parking Permits.

Visitors are able to use publicly accessible materials at either campus library while in the building. If you are looking to borrow materials from either the Hayward or Concord library collections, please see our Community Borrowers webpage. Please note that off-campus access to the Library's electronic resources and our Interlibrary Loan services are only available to current students, staff, and faculty at Cal State East Bay.
