The Cal State East Bay Libraries maintain several microfilm collections including the papers of several US Presidents and many daily newspapers. The library catalog will indicate that these collections are "Available at Hayward Microfilm."

To use the microfilm collection, request the item(s) you want at the Library Services Desk. A library employee will retrieve your item(s) for you. Microfilm must be used in the CORE at the microfilm reader on the 2nd floor. Materials must be returned to the LIbrary Services Desk before you leave the library.

It is better to request microfilm materials in advance. For walk-in requests, library employees may not be able to retrieve your materials immediately.
