Meditation Room Policy

The Meditation Room (rooms 328-329) is an inclusive space designated for silent reflection, meditation, and prayer. This room is open to individuals of all beliefs and practices. This room offers:

  • A foot washing station (optional for using the Meditation Room)
  • Chairs for seated meditation or other similar purposes

If you have an item donation to share with other users of the Mediation Room, please feel free to leave it on the bookshelf inside.

To ensure a serene environment for all users of this space, please:

  • Remain silent (e.g. set your cell phone to silent, refrain from playing music or engaging in conversation, etc.)
  • Refrain from eating or drinking
  • Avoid using scented or flammable items (the use of candles or incense is not permitted)

The Meditation room is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you plan to use the foot washing station, please bring your own towel, as towels are not provided. Please limit your use of this room to 30 minutes, and return the equipment/furniture (partition, chairs, etc.) to their original position before leaving the room.
