Small Study Rooms

The Small Study Rooms are reservable spaces available for students to study in groups. Each Small Study Room has its own seating capacity (between 4-7 seats) and available technology. Food and covered drinks are permitted in the Small Study Rooms. Details about each Small Study Room are listed in the online study room reservation system.

All Small Study Rooms offer:

  • An enclosed study space for group study
  • A whiteboard and markers
  • Table and chairs

To be considerate of others using the study rooms and other spaces nearby, please:

  • Use a conversational, indoor voice and use headphones when listening to audio/video
  • Dispose of all garbage/recycling, return furniture to its original position, and take your personal belongings with you when you leave the room

Small Study Room Reservation Information

  • Reservations and check-ins are required to use the Small Study Rooms.
  • You can reserve a Small Study Room using the online study room reservation system (login with your NetID and password):
  • You can reserve a Small Study Room up to 2 hours per day.
  • Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance.
  • Check-in via the link within the confirmation email between 15 minutes prior and 15 minutes after your reservation start time
    • Example: If your reservation is from 3 PM - 5 PM, you must manually check-in between 2:45 PM - 3:15 PM
    • If you do not check-in by 3:15 PM, the entire 3 PM - 5 PM reservation will be canceled and available for anyone to book it. Rebookings are allowed provided another user does not book it first.
