Paper cutting blade is extremely sharp--keep fingers out of the path of the cutting blade. 

Paper must be 1.0 mm or less in thickness for cutting. 

1. Press down on the red button on the gray arm to move the gray arm to desired position. 
2. Release red button to lock into place. 
3. Insert the paper to be cut. 
4. Place your hand on the grip of the paper cutter. 
5. Push across the bar to the right to cut your paper. 
6. Remove the paper after it has been cut. 
7. Return the cutting blade to the left side of the bar. You will hear a click when it has locked into place.
