Creating a playlist is simple in Films on Demand. 

First, log into your account. Then select the video you want to add to a playlist. 

You will get the menu, as shown below, where you can select to add either the entire video or selected segments to your playlist. You can add the video to either an existing playlist, if you have one, or create a new playlist and add it right from the menu. 

You can access all your playlists via the main menu at the top of each page under Playlists
