On Thursday last week, our Intern from San Jose State University, Jarah Blum, led a fascinating talk on baking in the Library. Jarah has been working as a professional baker for 7 years and shared her tips and advice for baking. In addition to giving some great advice, such as weighing your ingredients rather than using volume, Jarah also brought fudge brownies she baked to share--complete with a piped spider and spiderweb decoration on top! It was truly a sweet talk and we hope you will join us at a future Library talk!
