Student, Staff and Faculty Borrowers
Students
Students must be registered for courses in order to have library borrowing privileges and off-campus access to online subscription resources. If a student takes summer or one quarter off between registered quarters, they may retain their privileges. Exception: Students enrolled in General Studies 6990 may not continue library privileges beyond the last day of that course.
Staff
Currently employed staff have borrowing privileges and off-campus access to online subscription resources.
Faculty
Tenure-track faculty have ongoing borrowing privileges and off-campus access to online subscription resources. Lecturers have borrowing privileges and access to off-campus online subscription resources during the term of their contract. Teaching associates have borrowing privileges and off-campus access to online subscription resources during the quarter that they are teaching. Emeritus faculty have lifetime borrowing privileges and off-campus access to online subscription resources.
