Online Books
Online books are the electronic version of the full text of academic, technical, and reference books available from the CSU East Bay Library catalog.
Library patrons may access them by doing a word search in the catalog and limiting to the material type of “ebooks.” For example, searching the catalog for the words “California” and “history” and limiting your results to the material type of “ebooks” will give access to online books on the desired topic.
In some cases library patrons will have to download free software in order to read the books online.
Examples of some of the online books available through the library are:
- Aboriginal education fulfilling the promise
- The Conservative mind from Burke to Eliot
- Roman Republican Theatre
