The University Libraries are proud to announce a new exhibit, The Beat Goes On: Celebrating the Bay Poetry Collection. Running through the end of the year at the Hayward Campus Library, the exhibit highlights selections from the Bay Poetry Collection. This collection features volumes and broadsides written by poets from the Bay Area.
The banners on the Lower and Upper Mall contextualize the collection through a chronological overview of the poetry movements in the Bay Area, while the display cases showcase a small selection of the many items held in Special Collections. Volumes and broadsides may be viewed in the Reading Room by appointment.
